The Banana Splits Theme Song (video)

For anyone who remembers this theme song, it's sure to bring you a smile. This '70's kids show certainly embodied the sweetness and silliness of an early time.

"The Sid Shuffle - Ice Age" dance video (Ice Age)

A joyful gig designed to put a smile on your face. What I really love about this clip is that it shows people from all over the world trying to dance The Sid Shuffle! Let's see the whole world Sid Shuffling to peace... :)

If you haven't checked out the animated Ice Age films from 20th Century Fox, they are certainly worth seeing, for adults as well as children. Playful, humorous, and light-hearted.

60 Seconds with Richard Armitage (The Hobbit) (video)

Richard Armitage has always been one of my favourite actors and to find out that he is one of the stars of the new Hobbit film trilogy is wonderful news! Never thought I'd find a Middle Earth Dwarf attractive?! :)

The Hobbits Trailer Theme Song "Misty Mountains (cold)"

Music from "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" Trailer

The song is called "Misty Mountains (Cold)" and was composed by Howard Shore, written by J. R. R. Tolkien, and is sung by Thorin and the dwarves in the film.

A beautiful song with its heart in Tolkien's Middle Earth. A wonderful, tantalizing snippet of things to come in the forthcoming, epic trilogy of "The Hobbit" films, written and directed by the talented Peter Jackson.

Somebody That I Used To Know by Gotye Meets Metal! (clip)

Goes to show what a great song this is, when it can be turned into "metal" and still work! Fabulous guitar-playing by the way!

"Skyfall" by Adele (video) from latest James Bond film

This exquisite song by Adele from the last installment of James Bond, is reminiscent of Bond theme songs from the sixties; classy, shades of a by-gone era, and totally "Bond"!

Not only is the theme song marvellous, "Skyfall", the film is pure class, possessing heart and depth, as well as the expected thrills and spills. The quiet, heartfelt moments in Scotland gave the film an unexpected, but beautiful aspect, never quite seen in previous Bond films. Daniel Craig is superb in his lead role, along with the greats of Judi Dench, Albert Finney, Ralph Fiennes, and excellent villian, Javier Bardem, supported by a brilliant cast. Four out of five stars.

This beautiful song and its message of peace and human unity always gives me goosebumps. Guy Sebastian has such an exquisite voice.
